This killer Pizza Truck in Oxford would look sweet at a Tailgate Party

Night time in Oxford City is when the food trucks come out to play, yet all of them are the same usual boring Kebab places on wheels. That’s why I was struck with awe when I walked past the Pizza Artisan truck.

Not only is this is a classic old school Citroen H truck serving food, but it has been transformed to cook wood fired pizzas. After spending two years travelling the States I thought I had seen everything that the black top could offer, but here I was stunned to see pizza on the menu., and I wasn’t even at a football game, but near the High Street in Oxford City, England.

Vernon Davis cried and I think it’s great!

Last weekend saw the 49ers rally over the mighty high powered New Orleans Saints. 2 minutes to play and the 49ers score to take them into the lead. Brees and crew marched down the field and were rather too rash. They scored themselves, giving the 49ers one last chance. Big time playoff games need big time to players. Up step Vernon Davis.

And in the Blue Corner...The NFC Championship

The San Francisco 49ers rumble into the NFC Championship game hosting the New York Giants, setting up what looks like a late 80s playoff fixture.

The 49ers have not received the credit they deserve. This is because they play in the weak NFC West division, where any half decent team will win. Yet the play an old school football game: A rock hard defense and a pounding running game. They are what the Jets want to be.

And in the Red Corner... AFC championship

And so we are left with four NFL teams in the race for the Super Bowl. The mighty New England Patriots host the inconsistent Baltimore Ravens for the AFC championship, while the defensively minded San Francisco 49ers host the white hot Giants of New York.

After Tebow's magical season this trailer could be a reality!

So why is Tebow just so darn watchable?

Firstly, Tebow's story from being greatest college player of all time to then being told that he can’t throw, read defences and that he is merely just an athletic person in a helmet, means that he entered the NFL with a point to prove. The media storm after he left college was ridiculous. Pundits were saying he will never make it in the pros.

The story of Tebow

When I was at a Jags/Colts game at the tail end of the 2008 season, Peyton Manning, one of the greatest QBs to play the game was engineering a 4th quarter comeback. But the Jaguar fans kept mentioning one name: Tebow.

My girlfriend and I looked in our game day programmes and could not see this player on either team’s roster. “So is Tebow injured?” I asked. It turns out, that not only was not he not on either team, but he wasn’t even in the NFL yet.

My picks for the Wildcard playoffs

I have watched the Saints a lot this year. I have Drew Brees in my Fantasy Football team; he broke Dan Mario's season passing yardage record with a game to spare, so I'm backing them to go all the way this year.

I am the 2011 NUYCD NFL spread champion!!

I was 3 up against two people going into week 17, knowing that I had a very good foot in the door for the championship.

I hit refresh on my laptop at 6:01 London time to see what my opponents had picked. And just like last AJY231 had not put his picks in. I had a sneaky suspicion that something was up and his picks would still come in late.
